
Burberry Beauty e-boutique
Burberry re-launched its Beauty eCommerce store in July 2016 and became an immediate success.
New style interface and user journey were based on User-Centered Design, along with considering the balance between global new design style with the limitation of development on Tmall platform. As a Group Digital Design Leader, I was taking the ownership of the entire design process from concept to final delivery and established the design guidelines and procedures for Tmall Platform. Which made store increased 21% of the conversion rate.
